Arts Intensive Program
The Arts Intensive Program is a dynamic one-year, two-year, or three-year course of study that provides a supportive environment and an education that is directly relevant to the challenges of a working artist. It focuses on individual development through one-on-one mentoring and practical studio and course work. Each student is provided with a workspace in our HUB Lab for the duration of the program.
The program fosters working relationships with professional artists and provides access to the vibrant contemporary art scene of New York.
The program includes:
Studio Space in a friendly, communal environment. Each work space is single occupancy.
Selection of a concentration in painting, sculpture, printmaking, drawing, or mixed media/installations.
Course instruction requirements include 12 courses per year. 4 courses in the area of concentration and 8 elective courses.
10 hours per Academic year of one-on-one mentorship with school faculty members of your choice.
Two selected workshops per year at no additional cost; one per semester.

Access to select school lectures and panel discussions
Individual critique with a selected faculty member
Professional practice assistance including portfolio preparation and website development
Participation in school group exhibitions throughout the academic year
A Final Exhibition at the end of the program.
A certificate authenticating completion of the curriculum.
Intensive students can access their studio spaces on school breaks as long as the administrative office is open.
Regular studio hours are:
Monday - Thursday: 9am - 10pm
Friday, Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Sunday: closedTuition: $15,000 Per Academic year

Completion of High School education or equivalent is required to enroll in the Certificate and Arts Intensive Programs.
